Rosemary and feta focaccia

What you’ll need:

7ml instant yeast
300g flour
1 level tsp sugar
A pinch of salt
180ml warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Extra olive oil for brushing the dough
100g crumbled feta cheese
1–2 heaped tsp sea salt flakes
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, roughly broken
