             Rosemary and feta focaccia


             Serves 6 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Unattended proving time: 40 minutes |
             Baking time: 15–20 minutes



             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             7ml instant yeast
             300g flour
             1 level tsp sugar
             A pinch of salt
             180ml warm water
             2 Tbsp olive oil
             Extra olive oil for brushing the dough

             100g crumbled feta cheese
             1–2 heaped tsp sea salt flakes
             4 sprigs fresh rosemary, roughly broken


             Tools


                   Stand mixer with dough hook
                   Baking tray
                   Kitchen scale
                   Measuring spoons
