             Pommes purée


             Serves 4-6 | Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into walnut-sized chunks and kept in a pot of cold water
             1 Tbsp (15ml) sea salt
             1 cup (250ml) milk
             150g butter
             Salt, to season


             Tools


                   Potato peeler
                   Knife

                   Chopping board
                   Potato masher
                   Whisk


             What to do:


               1.  Place the pot with the potatoes onto a medium heat, add the sea salt and bring to a
                   gentle rolling boil.
