What to do:



               1.  Place the biscuits in a sealed plastic bag and roughly crush them, using a rolling pin.
                   Set aside.
               2.  Pour the cream into a mixing bowl and add the caster sugar and vanilla seeds.
               3.  Using a whisk, whip until soft peaks form.
               4.  To assemble: Add a tablespoon or two of crushed biscuits to the base of a serving
                   glass and layer with sliced bananas, a good drizzle of salted caramel, a dollop of
                   whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
               5.  Serve immediately with extra salted caramel on the side.
