             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the sponge base

             25g butter, melted

             2 Tbsp (30ml) flour
             6 eggs, separated
             50g castor sugar
             25g ground almonds
             Pinch of salt
             25g icing sugar, sifted


             For the chocolate marquise


             65g 70% dark chocolate
             4 egg yolks
             135g castor sugar
             155g butter, softened
