             Grilled tuna, flat leaf parsley, caper, anchovy and olive salad

             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the flat leaf parsley, caper, anchovy and olive salad


             1 small onion, thinly sliced
             3 Tbsp (45ml) balsamic vinegar
             ½ cup (125ml) sun-dried tomatoes
             ½ cup (125ml) pitted black olives
             6 anchovy fillets
             ¼ cup (60ml) small capers
             Zest of 2 lemons
             20g flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped

             ½ cup (125ml) extra virgin olive oil
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper


             For the grilled tuna

             6 x 180g pieces tuna fillet
             Olive oil
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
