             What you’ll need:




             Ingredients


             2 x 600g black bream, scaled and gutted
             120g butter
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
             4 cloves garlic, crushed
             4 bay leaves
             4 sprigs thyme
             20g flat leaf parsley
             20g fennel tops

             200ml white wine
             500g new potatoes, halved
             4 fennel bulbs, quartered
             50ml extra virgin olive oil
