     4.  Here’s a handy trick for saving time when your house is crowded and your guests are
                   hungry. Once they’re cooked, remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice
                   bath to cool immediately. Then, when it’s time to serve them, drop them back into hot
                   water for a few seconds to reheat. This way you can serve up a number of eggs at a
                   time without getting stressed out or losing your cool.
