             800ml milk
             200g polenta
             50g butter
             4 Tbsp (60ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
             Extra butter for frying
             For the mushrooms
             Butter for frying
             200g mushrooms, quartered
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
