             What you’ll need:




             Ingredients


             For the polenta


             800ml milk
             200g polenta
             50g butter
             4 Tbsp (60ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper

             Extra butter for frying

             For the mushrooms


             Butter for frying
             200g mushrooms, quartered
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper


             For the poached eggs
