Resume:
In my long experience in social sector infrastructure project management I have had the
opportunity to put to use my in-depth training at Oxford and Reading university in RBM in
execution of large civil Dam/Irrigation projects. This has involved a variety of challenges such
as project management, construction engineering and negotiations of contracts.

During my nearly three decades of work with various departments of the Government of
Orissa, World Bank, JICA, I have acquired and honed the necessary liaison skills that have
stood me in good stead to undertake timely completion of projects.As the General Secretary
of Orissa Engineers Service Association I have developed a network amongst all ranks of
engineers in various key government departments like the Public Works Department, The
Roads & Building Department, the various utility companies etc which has helped me in timely
execution of our projects.

My active association and membership to non professional bodies like Bar Association,
Cuttack High Court, Rotary International, Free Masons and many other such NGOs have
helped me to develop close acquaintance with senior members of the state’s political,
administrative and judicial setup.

Additionally I have vast experience in dealing with Central Government agencies such as
Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission & Central Water Commission, multilateral
lending agencies like World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Department for International
Development – Government of The United Kingdom (DFID) and many others which enable
me to understand the requirements of international financial Institutions.
