 Monthly Inspection/Review of construction and Inspection works
 Review tests on repair andremedial works
 Collaborating with environmental scientists, planners, engineers, and other
specialists to address environmental problems
 Monitoring of progress/delay and corrective measures
 Inspection of suspended works
 Design and preparation and scrutiny of all reports as per TOR with assistance from all
the Team Members.Supervision of QC tests on field as well as site laboratory.

 Carry out financial viability of the project under a commercial format and under
different user fee scenarios and funding options.
 Carry out value analysis / value engineering.
 Determination of delay and damages
 Review/evaluate modifications requests
 Inspect Dam/Irrigation Projects and determine compliance
 Determination of liability of Concessionaire
 Determine cost payable by the Authority
 Interpretation of scope , nature , Contract Administration & Dispute Resolutions
