Step 5. Essay

For many years people have been traveling abroad, because of globalization.
Migration and globalization brought different negative and positive effects. Ecuadorians
weren’t the exception at the time of migrating. There are several reasons why Ecuadorians
used to travel abroad in order to get a better life.
By way of example, Ecuadorians used to travel abroad for better jobs opportunities.
Traveling abroad means earning money. Ecuadorian people wanted well-paid jobs, so that,
they migrated. Moreover, Ecuador can’t offer higher salaries to unprofessional people, in
view of low-paid jobs most Ecuadorians migrated to overdeveloped countries.
To illustrate economy problems in our native country, Ecuadorians migrated
because they wanted to improve their lifestyles. Not being as well paid as on overdeveloped
countries and being unprofessional is the major cause of migration. Because of not having a
master’s degree many unprofessional people toke those decisions of traveling abroad and
make their families deal with different social problems.
Notably discrimination. Discrimination has been present in all over the world. Even
Ecuador suffers discrimination because of different believes that many people around the
world have. So that, have caused a lot of social problems in all around the world.
Discrimination is also socialized with murders and suicides caused by discrimination.
In conclusion many people is looking for a better life nowadays and that is caused
by many factors that have pushed people to migrate to other countries. Looking a better
life, having economic problems and being attacked by discrimination are some problems
why people have decided to migrate to other countries
