Great Big Green Week

Will your school be taking part in the Great Big Green Week?

The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest celebration of community

action to tackle climate change and protect nature.

Taking place from 8 to 16 June 2024, it provides a fantastic platform for

schools to engage pupils in meaningful discussions about environmental
issues, climate change, and the importance of sustainable living.

A focus this year is the power of swapping! Whether that be swapping skills
with one another, or swapping items, swapping is a simple and effective

way to benefit whole communities. Could your school host a swap event?
