not limited to, the following: client serving personnel, regardless of level, who hold a
CPA license must hold a valid CPA license in their work-location state; all client
serving personnel, regardless of service line or level, who hold a CPA license and who
permanently transfer to or join EY in a state in which they are not licensed must
immediately obtain a CPA license in that state and maintain that license in good
standing; CPAs who travel outside of their work-location state must comply with those
states' requirements on CPA licensing. If you have any questions about state or firm
requirements, please contact the CPA Licensing Support Team at +1 866 EYCPA24.
Once you join EY, you will find additional information regarding complying with CPA
licensing in the Policies and Practices Repository. Please refer to the attached
professional certification reimbursement and bonus insert prior to signing-up for a CPA
review course. If you select the Becker CPA Review course, please follow the
instructions on the attached authorization form to complete your enrollment.
Identity and Eligibility Documents
To comply with the federal immigration laws, we are required, as a condition of
employment, to have you complete a Form I-9 and present the specified identity and
employment eligibility documents for our review upon commencing employment with
us. This form will be sent to you, along with other documentation and information, as
your start date approaches.
Orientation
During your first days with our firm, you can expect to receive an orientation, which
includes general information about EY, your career development, client assignments
and/or job responsibilities. A counselor will be assigned to you and will assist you in
your adjustment to EY. Additionally, you will be introduced to administrative matters
that are important to our internal business processes. As part of EY's orientation
process, you are required to attend a session of the Respect at Work Program within 30
days of your start date. A member of our People Team will be scheduling your
orientation and will contact you regarding your first day.
Keeping in Contact
Knowing where and how to get in touch with you is vital to ensuring your smooth
transition to EY. Information will periodically need to be shared with you and/or
provided by you during this transition period. You will need to provide an official
transcript on or before your first day of employment. Maintaining accurate contact
information in your online profile will enable us to ensure that vital payroll, benefit and
other important documents can be delivered promptly. Please update as necessary.
How to Respond
Torie, please respond to our offer no later than 31 August 2018. If the terms stated
in: (1) this letter; and (2) all attachments to this letter (listed below for your reference)
are agreeable to you, please indicate your acceptance by choosing the “Accept the
