Title, Compensation, Start Date

Upon joining EY's Forensic & Integrity Services Practice based in our New York
office, you will have the title of Staff. Effective on your first day of employment, your
annual base salary will be $60,000.00, and will be payable semi-monthly on the 15 th
and last day of each month. We anticipate having you start in the Summer or Fall of
2019 and we will try to be flexible as start dates are finalized regarding a mutually
agreed upon date. In the event EY determines relevant compensation levels rise prior to
your first day of employment, we will assess whether an adjustment to your base
compensation is appropriate and, at that time, issue a new offer letter. In addition to
your base pay, you will have the opportunity, under EY's variable pay program, to be
recognized for contributions that go above and beyond our everyday high expectations.
The firm’s variable pay program currently includes recognition awards, promotion
bonuses and, at the rank of Senior and above, participation in the firm’s performance
based bonus program.
