To summarize, Macau’s economic development goal was focused on
gambling and tourism industry. These would be the easiest way for them

to develop their economic path continuously under the blueprint set up in
the colonization period. As heavy and light industries will easily be
eliminated and replaced by technology. Yet, city’s improvement should be

raised up due to the global competitiveness would only be enhanced time
by time. Thus, the facilities in these buildings were tourist-oriented that

introduced lots of tourists’ entertaining facilities in hotels included
gambling and relaxing areas, international brands and special design on
modern buildings so as to catch tourists’ attention. Moreover, high rise

building and cultural heritage’s building and public space were co-existed
in Macau. These significance factors and developments showed the

correlation and importance of gambling and tourism developed in Macau.
