Congratulations to the following for being

          recognized with an Operational Excellence
Director’s Coin for the Third Quarter.

Jwaltney Daniels, Assistant Manager Railvacs was nominated by Marc Hackett for the Director’s Coin
Ballast and Grade for Quarter 3, 2020

I am pleased to select Mr. Jwaltney Daniels, Assistant Manager
                                                                                     rd
Railvacs, as the awardee for the 3 Quarter Director’s coin.
Jwaltney has been a key player over the years in keeping the
railvac fleet operating in a variety of situations both above and
below ground. Jwaltney has recently drawn a tremendous com-
pliment form Loram’s customer, the Long island Railroad. The
representative from LIRR specifically mentioned that their suc-
cess was tied directly to Jwaltney and his team both in safety and
production. This is yet another example of how Jwaltney has
risen to the occasion and performed above and beyond this past
                                                 quarter.

Working to manage a daily operation is a challenge. Working to
manage both a daytime and a nighttime operation seven days a
week is an even bigger challenge. Finding the right team to work
alongside our customer’s employees in the middle of a pandemic
on short notice made this tough job one notch tougher.
Jwaltney, you performed flawlessly in your role in Quarter 3 and
           set an example for others.

It should be noted that no one person is the responsible for a team’s success. Jwaltney gets that.
Jwaltney has built an awesome team on the East Coast and consistently mentions how important his
team members are when it comes to getting the job done. In the end, that’s Jwaltney’s job, build a
team and service Loram’s customers. Staying focused, enthused, and dedicated to Loram and our cus-
           tomers requires a special person.
Thank you, Jwaltney, for reminding us that even when the job is challenging there is a way to shine and
keep our customers satisfied. For that reminder and your perseverance, I gratefully award you the Di-
           rector’s Coin for Operational Excellence.
