      REWARD SCHEME


      MMR offers a reward and recognition
      scheme based on employee nominations.
      There are three main categories of
      recognition: Individual, Team and Business
      Development. Each month, based on the
      nomination, the GMT will award INR 1,000
      to 6 successful nominees within the
