An Island Hopping Adventure

Next, we got to Grenada, ‘The spice isle.’ A very

beautiful and mountainous island that boasts the
most spices in the Caribbean region. They are

famous for the nutmeg. This spice is used in the

production of a lot of drinks and desserts. It’s an

island great for adventure which boasts the great

Grand Anse beach, one of the longest beaches in
the Caribbean.

Grenada is very beautiful and full of fun but we

hopped on to our next stop which was St Vincent

and the Grenadines. The first question I asked my
dad was why it’s St Vincent and the Grenadines and

not Grenada and the Grenadines. He said, ”Son

your guess is as good as mine, that happened way

before my time.”

We flew over several islands before we got to the

main island St Vincent. This island, I understand, is

famous for products like sugar, flour, cement and

also for exporting bananas. It’s not a very big island

but when you add the Grenadines to it, it could be
very big.
