Question: What is the ORS?
Answer: The ORS is an online registration system used for the registration of candidates for
examinations offered by CXC®.

Question: Are there manuals available for the ORS?
Answer: Yes. The manuals below are available
(i) Centre and Ministry Administrator (CCSLC®, CSEC®, CAPE®)
(ii) Centre User (CCSLC®, CSEC®, CAPE®)
(iii) Ministry User (CCSLC®, CSEC®, CAPE®)
(iv) Centre User (CPEA®)
(v) Administrator (CPEA®)
(vi) Centre User (RENR)
(vii) Administrator (RENR)
(viii) SBA, Order of Merit and Practical Examinations for Centre User
(ix) CVQ*.

Question: Can learners register for any of CXC’s offerings through the ORS?
Answer: No. In order to register, the learner must go through one of the examination centres
registered to offer such examinations.
