Answer: Yes. You can use any one of these alternative sites:

Question: I am having a problem and would like to share my screen with an official from the
Ministry so that the person can see what is going on. Is this possible?
Answer: Yes, if both parties have Teamviewer. You will have to send the official at the
Ministry the session id and password. If you do not have Teamviewer, you can download it
from the website: www.teamviewer.com .

Question: I cannot see some of the menu options that other Users can see. Is something
wrong with my system?
Answer: Not necessarily. You may be assigned into a Group by your school’s Admin that does
not allow access to certain menu options. Please ask the Admin to change your Group, if
required.

Question: I cannot access my registration details, timetable or examination results. What
could be the cause of this?
Answer: The centre might have blocked your access to the ORS. Centres are advised not to
block candidates' access to the ORS to view their registration details and timetables. The
decision as to whether candidates should be allowed to view their examination results is the
prerogative of the Ministry and/or the centre.
