Question: Can I use the same login credentials to the ORS for CCSLC, CSEC, CAPE and CVQ?
Answer: You can use the same login credentials for CCSLC, CSEC and CAPE but not for CVQ.
The CVQ database has its own login credentials with the user id being the User’s e-mail address.

Question: I encountered a problem while working in the ORS. Should I contact the CXC’s
eSupport Help Desk about it?
Answer: No. The eSupport Help Desk was created to resolve issues raised by the CXC Local
Registrar (Ministry) in your territory. You should contact the CXC Local Registrar about any
challenges you may encounter in the ORS.

Question: When I attempt to enter registration data, the system crashes and the following
message appears ‘CXC's Online Registration System generated an error. Please try the
application again, and if the problem persists then please contact your Local Registrar with your
centre number and the details of what you were doing when the error occurred’. What should
I do?
Answer: Errors like this one tend to be of a technical nature and generally have to be resolved
by a person with technical skills. Kindly contact the CXC Local Registrar.

Question: The Physics teacher who was assigned to candidates has left the school and has
been replaced by another teacher. What should be done?
Answer: The teacher’s user account must be deleted by the Admin and the candidates
unassigned in the Teacher Assignment facility. A record must be created for the new teacher
and the teacher must be assigned to the candidates in the Teacher Assignment facility.
