The curve starts from 56,000 in January and falls down to 43,000 during February to May. During the
hot summer months of June, July and August, it falls down further to 36,000. During September and
October it became normal again. During November it falls down to 33,000. During December due to
Christmas, it rises to 64,000.

NOTES ON RECEIPTS
Estates and Compensations. The Department dealt with seventeen estates and forty-one
compensations received from Bapco and Bahrain Government. The total receipts amounted
to Rs. 744,178 13 2, as against Rs. 162,542 3 8 last year. The only estate which is worth
mentioning is the estate of the deceased Ahmad Abdulla A1 Mannaei.
The total refunds during the year amounted to Rs. 4,089,419/- as against Rs. 3588,743/-
last year.
Interest on Loans. The interest collected during the year was Rs. 283,691/12/- as against
Rs. 263,490/-/2 last year.
Deposits. Money received under this heading amounted to Rs. 168,136/15/4 as against
