                                  PUBLIC HEALTH.
           In April, 1940, Dr. R. H. B. Snow was appointed State Medical Officer. Dr. Snow holds
        the following degrees and qualifications: B.A. (Queens’ College, Cambridge), M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P.
        London, M.B., B.Ch., Cambridge, D.T.M. & H, London. He previously worked in India and
        was for some time under Sir Henry Holland at Quetta.
