                        Theso are the changes in the subdivisions of the Province and the
                     appointments which havo been ordered in accordance with the sub­
                     mission (arz) of Ali Pasha, the beylerbey of Basra. The arz was made
                     on 15th Zilkade, [i.o., on 19th March]:
                        Tho liva of Garraf            with its revenue,1 has been conferred on
                     Haydar Bey, the bey of Madina (on).
                        The liva of Madina, with its revenue, has been conferred on Said
                     Bey, tho bey of Garraf.                                   «                          :
                        The liva of Rahmaniyya              with its revenue, has been conferred
                     on Mehmed Bey, the bey of Hafa (lh- ?).

                        The liva of Hafa, in the beylerbeylik of Lahsa, with its revenue, has
                     been conferred on Pervez Bey, tho bey of Rahmaniyya.

                        Tho liva of Ta^kopru                with its revenue, has been conferred-
                     on Sam Bey who had been removed from the above-mentioned liva '•]

                        The liva of Kinahiyya has been conferred on Arslan, the Kapudan

                        The liva of Klin Kinabad                    with its revenue, has been $
                     conferred on Sinan Bey, at present, the bey of Hemmar (jb-).                          -i
