To - Viceroy of India,
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Simla*
Dated and received the 23rd October 1923.
1 hog to put up my complaint to you about the Political
Agent, Bahrein of Great Britain Government who began now a days
.<
to misgovern in the administration until he lias illegally inter-
-ferod in the interior estates of my country and yet he still
employs all kinds of dospotical opressions with the Subjects who
are forbidden now to enjoy from all their national rights. 1 am
sure that such mistakes will undoubtedly keep the people in a
continual disturbances and also provoke all Arabs besides that it
is unsuitable to. both justice and liberality and on the contrary
to the policy which i3 proceeded by Groat Britain in Arabia
in tho name of justice. I respectfully beg you to make strict
inquiry for all that happened or will happen hence-forth in order
to keep the relations off from any danger.
