                        The Ruler requests,ir. this connection,the assistance of II.H.G. &
                        would be glad,if Government approves,if an Educational officer,with
                        experience of an Arab countiy could be lent,on deputation,to advise
                        b start the schools^ & thereafter to pay say^two short annual visits

                        subject will be submitted.
