I beg to forward for your information a translation of the 3rd .rain
State Budget for the arable Year commencing 1st ITuharran 1343. ■which
has been sanctioned by the Deputy Ruler.
I venture to hope that, you will consider that it discloses a very-
satisfactory state of finance!for so sisall an Arab State.
Expenditure & receipts under each heading have been worked out in
detail in the actnal budget,but it was thought unnnecessary to trouble
you with translations of t. c details of t.-ach department of the
State. The attached notes explanatory of certain items in the
’ udget will,it is hoped, be of interest
