I have the honour to submit, herewith, the Trade Report for Kuwait for the year
1938-39 together with the Return showing Statistics of Trade for the period.

2. I am forwarding a copy of tin's with enclosures to the Secretary to the Govern­
ment of India in the External Affairs Department, New Delhi (No. C/70), with the request
that the report may he printed and six copies sent direct to His Britannic Majesty’s
Consul-General, Bushire, and six copies to me.
