The sheet lay-out was later changed to 120 in six panes (2 x 3)
         each of 20 stamps (5 x 4); and, when additional values were required
          for Kuwait in 1937, it was necessary to set up new type to overprint the
          Rs5 and Rsl 5 (Ordinary). This new overprint plate showed an interesting
         variety on Stamp No. 12 (Row 3/2) of the lower left hand pane where

               In the Service set progressive damage to the second *E’ of
          ‘SERVICE’ has been seen on the 2a., 3a. and 4a. (Sheet position not
          known); and it is likely that it also exists on the la., 8a. and 12a.
               As was the case with the 1923 issues, the overprint has been
          extensively forged on used copies of the Indian Multi Star Wmk stamps;
          but the forgeries are more easily recognised on this issue. The forged
          overprints on the Ordinary Anna values are rough hand-stamps ta.
          taller than the genuine; and on the Rupee values of the Service set the
