4–5. Slide your left leg under the attacker’s right leg. Be sure to keep your left
leg flat to avoid getting caught on the attacker’s leg. Immediately use that leg to
trap the attacker’s leg, then shrimp in the other direction to slide the right leg
under the attacker’s left leg. Again, use both hands to push the attacker’s knee
and to create space.
