VARIATION: You can also use the elbow escape when the attacker is sitting
up and leaning back in the mount position. In this situation, use your right hand
(straight arm) to push at the attacker’s midsection.
Simultaneously push your hip back and away aggressively, sliding your legs

to kick away and get up.
