VARIATION: You can also use the elbow escape when the attacker is sitting
               up and leaning back in the mount position. In this situation, use your right hand
               (straight arm) to push at the attacker’s midsection.

               Simultaneously push your hip back and away aggressively, sliding your legs

               under the attacker’s. You can either pull the attacker into the guard or continue
               to kick away and get up.
