2–3. Swing you leg back, heel first, toward the target. Be sure your hip and
               shoulder turn in the same direction your leg is traveling. Just before contact,
               bend your knee, adding power to the kick and protecting the knee from
               hyperextension. Make contact with the back of the heel.
