2–4. Roll over your right arm, then let the right elbow bend to roll over from
               your right shoulder to your left hip, leading with your right shoulder and
               rounding your back. As you roll, position your legs in a figure 4, with the left leg

               bent and the right leg relatively straight (but not completely). This figure-4
               position allows you to rise into a fighting stance at the completion of the roll.
