               weight on you. It is also possible, although more difficult, to make the technique
               while doing a Muay Thai–style hold around the attacker’s neck. Be sure you turn

               your head to one side to avoid an accidental headbutt.




























               Once you flip the attacker over, continue over in a somersault to land either in a
               full mount or side mount.
