DEFENSE AGAINST HEADLOCK FROM
BEHIND
Self-Defense
This defense is made when the attacker jumps on the defender from behind and
attempts to apply a headlock.
STARTING POSITION: The attacker jumps on you from behind and attempts
to apply a headlock with his right arm.
1. Tuck your chin and turn it to avoid the choke (in this example, the defender
turns his chin to the left). Immediately drop your right shoulder to your left knee,
rolling him over the top of you and straight down.
