GUN THREAT WITH WALL PIN

Handgun Threats

THREAT: The assailant presents the handgun to your side while using his left
forearm to pin you against a wall. The short side is to your left as a result of the
position the assailant is put in because of the pin.

DANGER: You may be shot or taken to another location, where further crimes
will be committed.

SOLUTION: You determine there is restriction caused by the pin against the
wall. The short side is to your left, which dictates redirecting the line of fire in
that direction.

1. Redirect the line of fire by grabbing the barrel with your left hand and turning
the muzzle to your left.
