NOTE: You should consider your physical state in the “after action” portion of

               this defense. Since it’s likely that a struggle put you there, it may be advisable to
               maneuver first to your knees then, if you feel okay, up to your feet. Otherwise,
               operate from your knees until you feel that you can stand without falling back
               down.
