C5 - Five Leading
Agencies, Collaborating
for Change
C5 is a collective of five Edmonton agencies working
together to create a seamless, wraparound network of
support for individuals and families:
Norwood Child and Family Resource Centre
Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society
Boyle Street Community Services
Edmonton Newcomer Centre
Terra Centre for Teen Parents
Every year, the C5 Agencies collectively serve 180,523
Edmontonians, including:
Indigenous individuals and families
Youth and adults facing economic and social
marginalization
Newcomers, immigrants and refugees
Teen parents and their children
We are tackling a complex
system with a simple goal: to
meet people where they are and
help them get where they need
to go, with dignity, clarity and
compassion.

We know that no single organization can meet the
complex needs of a community alone, that is why
we are excited to collaborate with mission-aligned
partners in shared spaces, shared values and
shared purpose. Together, we are creating a future
where everyone can thrive - especially those who
too often are left behind or forgotten.
