93% on its recent Quality Assurance Audit
(QAA).
It might just be the highest score by a UK site to date
and represents an excellent standard of service by
Manager Zsuzsanna Orban and her team.
Bradly Sax, Corporate Director of the GuestPath®
programme described the score as “a tremendous
achievement for all of you and a great success!”
The Bare International auditors have been out about
around the UK over the past few months and there
are a number of solid scores achieved so far.
Be warned: A full league table for 2019 will be
published in Hot Press when all sites have been
“Bare-d”!
Glasgow Airport team, under the lead
of General Manager Paula McGee, also
scored a very commendable 88% in
March.
Paula works with her supervisors and managers to
break down the key Universal Service Standards
(USS) and concentrate on getting one item absolutely
correct, before moving on to the next.
This, explained Paula, ensures that associates aren’t
over-loaded with information.
Daily validations are focused on specific outcomes
and have ensured incremental and steady
