New Initiative at DCFC

Derby County this month launched their new
initiative Team VAR. The purpose of the project is to
cross train a group of our people to be able to work
in Stadium Hospitality as well as The Yard Restaurant
and The Backyard Coffee Shop.

The team will be based in Stadium Hospitality
but when The Yard or The Backyard become
unexpectedly busy, they will able to effectively
support service in these areas.

This will enable DCFC to better control labour costs
whilst maximising sales opportunities across the
business.

We look forward to the team growing and Team
VAR becoming a source of future Supervisors and
Managers within Delaware North.
