    We got that often with our retailers. Once a year our retailers will do a follow up annually to makes sure they are compli-

 General Questions  I try to be clear and concise when implementing the laws, our policies and procedures and make sure they understand

 Please describe your most recent position and day-to-day responsibilities.

 I am senior investigator with the Louisana lottery division. I oversee the retail licensing operations to make sure retailers are
 compliant, state revenue and the state itself. I am also responsible for all employee background checks and licensing. I am also   I'm really open to working to somewhere that is more diverse. Want to move to California.

 making sure that each investigation is conducted correctly and that each investigator follows the 47 laws. Basically my job is to
 protect the security and integrity of the Lottery. One of the additional steps we take is to make sure people are compliant with

 I oversee all of the investigators - their report writing - and making sure that the retailers are responsible for overseeing the li-
 censing applications. I report to the Vice President of Security. I have shadowed his position and step up and take their respon-
 sibilities where needed.

 you implement changes to planning and formulation of departmental policy?



 We make sure that we are compliant with any or all of the laws regarding policies and procedures. That's another thing that I
