Scope of Work + Cost
                                                                       City of Aliso Viejo – Interim HR Manager

               Koff & Associates Shall Perform the Following Tasks:

               1.  Meet with team either in person or virtually to develop and implement concise yet effective recruitment
               and advertisement strategy.

               2.  Make direct contact with K&A’s network and contacts. Provide each potential candidate with a copy of the
               job ad and prepare them for the position.

               3.  Organize résumés and applications and screen documents based on the merits of each candidate and their
               appropriateness for hire, including their professional and educational credentials.

               4.  Provide the City with screening assessment/evaluation spreadsheet/scoring/candidate notes.

               5.    Conduct  reference  and  background  checks  on  the  selected  candidates.    This  review  will  include,  at  a
               minimum,  employment  and  professional  references,  confirmation  of  educational  degrees  and/or
               certifications/licenses, driving record check, and criminal record check.

               6.  Provide all documentation on top candidates; K&A will store/keep the remainder of the candidates on file.


               7.  K&A, at the City’s request, is available to assist in the negotiation of the final terms and conditions of
               employment.

               8.  Provide ongoing communications to all candidates informing them of the process and their disposition.

               10. Maintain regular and ongoing communications with the City management throughout the recruitment
               process.

               11. We are responsible for ensuring compliance with and establishing and maintaining all legally mandated
               documentation throughout the process.
