RECRUITING City of Aliso Viejo - Interim HR Manager
Cost:
K&A’s professional fee for the Inerim HR Manager recruitment will be: $10,000, which includes any
and all advertising expenses.
We are able to begin the recruitment process immediately upon receipt and execution of a contract
or professional services agreement, or purchase order, etc.

PHASE 2: Sourcing, Phone Screens, Candidate Recommendations 40% of Professional Fee
K&A Conducted Phone Screens and Candidate Preparation 1-2 Weeks
Submission of Candidate Pool Summary and Recommendations 48 Hours
PHASE 3: Facilitation of Interview Process 10% of Professional Fee
Scheduling of Selected Canddidates for Interviews 1 Week
Preparation of Interview Materials Including Questions 48-Hours
PHASE 4: Offer Stage and Conclusion 10% of Professional Fee
