Overall: sometimes confusing to follow. Leans more toward sanitary than potable water. Comes
across as confident and charismatic, definitely a leader type. Not a "water first" guy - more
of a General Manager guy. Says that water was his number one focus with Rosamond but
did not speak to this experience thoroughly. Challenging candidate to gauge - if he was
explicitly 100% water I would feel more comfortable recommending, may still be worth
consideration. Certainly one of the more charismatic leaders of the pool.
On February 22nd they terminated his contract with Rosamond without cause.
