       view Process

Deliverable 7. Presentation of Recommended Candidates

When the screening process is complete, we will prepare K&A Recruiting’s Applicant
Materials Binder, which contains candidate recommendations, visually rich reports,
and a summary of the candidate pool and pipeline.

Phase 3:Interview Process Our team will submit for review precise written analysis of the applicant pool and
recommendations of between six (6) and twelve (12) candidates to consider for on-

site interviews. Our recommendations will include all relevant documents submitted
by the applicants, such as application forms, cover letters, résumés, and any addi-
tional information the applicants have provided.

We base our assessment on both the candidate’s qualifications and the knowledge of
the agency’s requirements, preferences, and culture.

Deliverable 8. Coordination of, and Participation in, Applicant Interviews

Working with the City, K&A Recruiting will develop a set of critical questions that
will help analyze the candidates’ qualifications and management/work style. We will
then assemble on-site interview binders for each panelist. We will facilitate com-
munication with the interviewing panel so that all parties are well-prepared for the

didate’s technical skills and experience but also their leadership skills, adaptability,
political astuteness, self-awareness, and other important aspects of the ideal candi-

       date profile.

Deliverable 9. Final Interviews: Coordination of Final Interview Process

The interview panel will often narrow the field of candidates to two or three finalists

the Mayor and City Council, the H.R. Director and other key individuals or stakehold-
