         Overall:

                 Has overseen similar departments at fairly large cities. Well-spoken - is career driven - part
                 of her motivation is in seeking linear growth.

                 On point. Was able to address the essence of each question from a perspective of
                 experience. Often spoke about her experience in general and didn't pinpoint examples
                 where some of the questions asked, but I wasn't too concerned with that aspect. I felt
                 confident that she could pull examples if prompted, but this will need to be listened for
                 during onsite should she move forward.
