Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your request for proposal for Executive Recruitment services for
the position of Executive Director for the First 5 Contra Costa (“Agency”). We are most interested in assist-
ing the Agency with the effort for this critical opening, which occupies a key position with the Agency. K&A

Based on our experience filling the Executive Director position for the non-profit CASA this year, we feel that
