                 ◼  Management  of  Residential  collections  operations,  Contract  administration  and  oversight  for  franchised
                    commercial solid waste, and non-exclusive roll off franchises (26 total Contracts).  Fifth largest city in the state of
                    California and with a 73% diversion rate exceeding the AB 939 requirements and the only municipality inducted
                    into the recycling hall of fame for International Green Industry Hall of Fame.  Responsible for the oversight of
                    annual operating budget of 33 million dollars, 164 employees, roughly 30 million dollars in rolling stock which
                    includes;  80  side  loaders,  12  rear  loaders,  2  roll  offs,  complete  cart  repair  compliment,  34  additional  support
                    vehicles, and the closed Fresno City Sanitary Landfill. Responsible for coordination  of operation cleanup, litter
                    control, and homeless activities throughout Fresno. Implementation of FresGO application.
