Overall: Mark has an interesting background in which his has worn many hats. His strength is as a
financial analyst and he would like that to be his focus once again. Though that is where his
strength lies, he doesn't seem to grasp the actual responsibilities of the role he is
interviewing for, mainly that it would be a heavy accounting role. I would recommend
moving Mark to the panel interview because he is local and I feel that the panel would really
be able to assess his skills and if he may be a fit for the role.
