Overall: Don most recently owned and sold his accounting consulting company. There, Don would
do everything from overseeing a staff of 20-35 people to the technical aspect of personally
jumping in on projects with his consultants. Don was calm and collected on our call and he
does not get rattled. He has some experience with the public sector, but only in the way of a
client relationship. I recommend moving Don forward to the panel interview.
